به گزارش خبرگزاری صدا و سیمای گیلان ، سرهنگ شعبان نیا گفت: در آستانه فرارسیدن بهار علم و دانش و چهل وهفتمین سالروز گرامیداشت هفته دفاع مقدس، 47 بسته لوازم التحریر به ارزش یک میلیارد و 100 میلیون ریال، پس از شناسایی دانش آموزان کم برخوردار، میان آنان توزیع شد. 
وی افزود: این اقدام با هدف حمایت از دانش آموزان نیازمند و کمک به تأمین بخشی از نیاز های تحصیلی آنان انجام شده است.
